73The Diablo 3 Guide In Now!
Diablo 3 Guide
So far, there is no Diablo III guides. Once Beta is announced and implemented, you can count on either my self, or someone on my team, to be involved in the Diablo 3 beta. At that point in time, we will be building a guide for you. This page will also be the source for pre and post beta information. As soon as the NDA is lifted on the beta, you can bet we will have reports, info, tips, and screen shots ready to post.
I will update this section as soon as there is a Diablo 3 leveling guide. Until then, scroll down and read the latest Diablo 3 news and information.

UPDATE September 2011: Diablo 3 was slated for a release at the end of 2011 but Blizzard has now confirmed that it will be pushed back until the beginning of 2012. Expect it first quarter of the year!
Past news:
Diablo 3 does not currently have a confirmed release date. Speculation is late 3rd quarter/early 4th quarter of 2011. Since the most recent WoW expansion, Cataclysm, came out in November of 2010, and there is no planned WoW expansion until at least 2012, this would be a perfect time to release the highly anticipated Diablo III. However, there is also two StarCraft 2 expansions we are waiting for, so that could push D3 dates in any direction.

About Diablo III
The game will be similar to Diablo and Diablo II in that it will be a dungeon crawling RPG with randomly generated levels. There is a new physics engine in use that will allow destructible environments. There is also an enhanced quest system.
Battle.net will be utilized and many new features, seen in StarCraft 2, will be implemented in Diablo III's connection to Battle.net.
Instead of potions, enemies will drop orbs that allow healing and mana regeneration.
There will be a numbered task bar such as in WoW and many other contemporary RPG's. Players will be able to assign a number of skills, unlike in Diablo II where one skill could be assigned to each mouse button, and the player was required to switch them out as needed.
Character Classes
- Barbarian (only class brought back from previous Diablo)
- Witch Doctor
- Wizard
- Monk (not similar to the Monk class from "Diablo: Hellfire")
- Demon Hunter
For the first time, players will be able to choose the gender of their class.
Artisans
- Blacksmith
- Mystic
- Jeweler
Artisans will be obtainable through specific quests. Players will be able to "scrap" items they find to give to Artisans, who will make new items for the player.

I will definitely be playing the Demon Hunter because it is so versatile and I love to type. My website, http://murphiskgoldguide.com is a Diablo 3 Guide on how to take advantage of the RMAH (Real money auction house), and the gold auction house to make gold.
